      My son loves this tie - it worked great for his Ravenclaw costume, but it doesn't look "costumey" so you could easily wear it for anything, I think.

      However, this is a normal tie (not pre-tied like many youth ties are), so keep that in mind. The ideal would be to be better than us at tying a tie :)

      This tie is a great choice for formal and suiting uses! My particular tie was Ravenclaw, so other houses may vary, but the color scheme for my tie was perfect and excellently matched that of the Ravenclaw ties depicted in the Harry Potter films!

      It doesn't have a visible logo when you wear it, as there is just a small label inside that isn't even visible when you wear it. As such, she really looks fantastic and very faithful to the film! it's also very professional, and could probably be worn in a formal setting (like I used it) as a fun way to spice up a formal outfit without going overboard. Any Potter fan is sure to recognize it, though, and give you compliments!
