2. Your Orders

Our team takes 1 to 2 weeks to process your order, manufacture the products and provide free delivery. We have put everything in place to ensure that you receive your parcel as easily and quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

When you have ordered several items, it is possible that the software we use is calibrated to the first item you receive and therefore it will be marked that delivery has been made.

Don't panic. You will receive the rest of your articles in the following days.

We can deliver all of our items worldwide. All of our deliveries are free, there is no minimum amount to order to benefit from them. (excluding DOM-TOM)

If you ordered several items in one order, it is possible that they were sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

Did the post office have a problem? Was your package lost or destroyed? 

With our 100% secure , we personally handle disputes for you. Your happiness is our priority.

We don't leave you to deal with the post on your own.

We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Deliveries made to overseas France are generally a little longer (up to 1 month from the day of the order) in order to remain financially accessible for you. A small additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following territories:

- Reunion

- Martinique

- Mayotte

- New Caledonia

- Saint-Barthélemy

- Saint Pierre and Miquelon

3. Order Cancellation and Return

You can modify your order provided that it is not “ being processed

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will however amount to 40% of the purchase price.

Our team will do their best to help you. 

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product. 

All of our items undergo very strict quality controls before each delivery.

However, if your product has any manufacturing defect, send us a photo taken of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to our support with your order number. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
