Our children's ties are 1m20 long and 6.35cm wide, which is generally suitable for boys aged 5 to 12 years old. All of our children's ties below also come in adult versions - perfect for dressing the whole family in matching ties.
Three elements determine the length of tie needed. The most determining factor is the size of the tie wearer. Our children's ties are generally suitable for children measuring between 1m20 and 1m50.
Generally, our children's ties are suitable for boys aged 6 to 12 years old.
For younger children and toddlers, we suggest opting for our children's bow ties which have an adjustable collar length and are suitable for children aged 2-5 years.
If your child is older, or very tall for their age, we recommend purchasing an adult sized tie instead (ideally one of our skinny ties to be more proportionate).
All of our children's ties are self-tie ties. Teach your child how to tie a tie like Dad does. Not only will the self-tied tie look much prettier than a clip-on tie, but it's also a great opportunity for dad to teach his son something he'll remember for the rest of his life.
