      My son loves this tie - it worked really well for his Ravenclaw costume, but it doesn't look "costume-y" so you could easily wear it for anything, I think.

      However, this is a regular tie (not pre-tied like many youth ties are), so keep that in mind. Ideally, you'd be better than us at tying a tie :)

      This tie is an excellent choice for formal and suit occasions! My particular tie was Ravenclaw, so other houses may vary, but the color scheme for my tie was perfect and matched the Ravenclaw ties depicted in the Harry Potter films beautifully!

      It doesn't have a visible logo when you wear it, as there's just a small tag inside that isn't even noticeable. As such, it looks fantastic and very true to the film! It's also very professional and could probably be worn in a formal setting (as I've done) as a fun way to spice up a formal outfit without overdoing it. Any Potter fan is sure to recognize it, though, and compliment you!
