Yellow Knit Tie

This is my first foray into knitted ties. I really like this one. The material is great, the square end is funky, and the narrow width has brought me into the 21st century. Previously, I'd had a number of ties hand-me-down in the traditional wide-bottom style. I'm sure I'm just catching up, but better late than never, right? I like that there's extra material around the neck for reinforcement, and it feels like a quality tie. I'll be buying more.

The tie is very handsome and perfect for a casual/semi-professional outfit. I bought it for an interview and it looks fantastic. The non-silky texture is what's considered a good casual tie (silky ties being reserved for formal attire), and this one is perfect.

The construction is very, very good and it looks like it will last a long time. The tie's packaging was also very nice and gives the impression that it's from a decent tie brand.

My only comment is that I'm quite tall, and the tie feels a bit short for me, as I'm used to a double Windsor knot. It seems that knot is too long for this length, and I had to switch to a simple knot. Just a minor point, but otherwise, the tie looks very neat and is well-made. I highly recommend it.
